Golf Registration Form

We are excited to announce our 3^rd Annual Golf Tournament for the Dr. Steven Hill Foundation on June 21, 2013 at Bountiful Ridge Golf Course. Funds raised at the tournament will be used to provide post high school scholarships to students in Davis County. Please register ASAP so we can fill up the course early. Dr. Steven A. Hill was the Director of Special Education for Davis School District from 2009-2011. He was a professor at University of Phoenix 1994-2011. Steve was the Principal at Northridge High School from 2005-2009, and the Assistant Principal at Bountiful High School from 2002-2005. Before this time Steve served in Student Services in Davis County School District as the director of the Crisis Team and safe schools (1995-2002); was a counselor, teacher, and coach at Woods Cross High School (1985-1995) as well as a teacher and coach for Muller Park Jr. High(1981-1985) and coach at Bountiful High School (1981-1985).
